Weekend
You've been putting in the work. This is the weekend that makes it count.

The Experience
You train consistently. You show up. But at some point the effort stops compounding - the gains slow down, the progress stalls and you can't quite figure out what's missing. You've thought about your workouts, your food, your sleep. But probably not recovery - and if you have, you've probably thought it just means doing nothing.
This weekend is the proof that it isn't. Active recovery isn't a break from your training, it's what makes it work. Over the weekend with Meg, you'll experience what a slower, more intentional approach to movement actually feels like in your body: slow runs through the forest, controlled strength work, mobility, breathwork, sauna and time to genuinely switch off.
You won't come home exhausted. You'll come home with a new understanding of what your body actually needs, and ready to go harder because of it.
This Weekend Is for You If...
… you train consistently and love it - but you know there's another level, and you haven't found it yet. If you've never really prioritised recovery because it felt like slacking off. If you want to move all weekend but at a pace that fills you up instead of depleting you.
