The Experience
A weekend for anyone who trains hard, lives fast or just needs a breather - without stepping away from movement. This retreat centres on active recovery, blending easy runs, controlled strength workouts, mobility sessions, fresh air and relaxed community time.
It’s energising yet calm, spacious yet social, designed for people who love to move but need a slower rhythm. Expect slow-paced workouts, technique-focused strength work, playful circuits and nature moments that let you recharge at a pace that fills you up instead of draining you. With nourishing food, spacious breaks and a laid-back community vibe, this weekend gives you the best of both worlds: movement that energises you and a slower rhythm that lets your body reset.
This Weekend Is for You If...
… you love training - HIIT, running, strength, anything - but you know your body sometimes needs a different rhythm. If you’re craving movement that feels good, light and spacious, this weekend is for you.
You’ll leave feeling:
✔ A refreshed body from intentional recovery
✔ Tools to balance intensity and rest
✔ More energy for everyday training
✔ Clarity on how slower movement boosts performance
✔ Connected to a warm, supportive group
