Founders of The SheForce | Coaches at BEAT81
Günce is a former corporate marketer turned full-time coach with a passion for how the body moves and performs. As a certified PT (PSL2), she blends science-based training with a supportive, people-first approach. She loves helping individuals of all levels feel stronger, move better and build sustainable habits that fit real life.
Luna combines strength, conditioning and running into an energizing, practical approach to training. As a HIIT coach and ASICS FrontRunner, she helps people train with purpose and consistency. Her focus is on smart programming, movement quality and creating an atmosphere where anyone - at any level - feels capable and motivated.
We met through sport - two coaches who connected over movement, curiosity, and pushing each other to grow. That shared passion eventually led us to build SheForce, a community dedicated to elevating women through knowledge, movement, and connection.
IgniteHer is the retreat born from that vision - a deeper space to learn, train, reset, and grow together.

Location & Getting There
The retreat takes place at Seminarhaus Taubenblau, a peaceful hideaway a little over an hour from Berlin. Surrounded by nature and open fields, it’s a place where time slows down and you can settle into a softer rhythm.
Calm, minimalist bedrooms, a light-filled movement room, and quiet garden corners create the perfect setting to unwind between sessions. All meals are prepared on-site by the venue’s team, offering nourishing, seasonal dishes with vegetarian and vegan options available.
You’ll also have access to a calming sauna and warm communal spaces, creating a gentle environment to slow down, reconnect, and recharge.
For directions, view the retreat location on Google Maps. Getting there is easy: Taubenblau is a bit more than an hour from Berlin by car, with train and taxi connections available as well. We’ll share full travel info and help coordinate rides closer to the date.

Across the weekend, you’ll move through HIIT, bodyweight and resistance-band strength training, mobility, and feel-good stretching. Every session is built to improve technique, stability, and movement patterns you can carry into your regular workouts.

No - you don’t need a specific fitness level. Every session is scalable and built for women with different backgrounds, from consistent trainers to those easing back in. You’ll always have options to adjust intensity to what feels right for you.

Absolutely. Many participants join solo, and the retreat is intentionally designed to create connection and a supportive group dynamic.

Yes - Ignite Her is for women, with content tailored to the female body from a biological perspective. Because the workshops discuss topics that relate to anatomy, hormones, training, and health specific to female biology, this retreat is designed for participants who are anatomically female.

Yes - definitely! Pregnant and postpartum women are welcome, and Luna and Günce will adapt all exercises safely and appropriately. You’ll always have options to move in a way that feels right for your body.
If you’re pregnant, please make sure you have your doctor’s approval.

The venue for this retreat accommodates up to around 20 participants, depending on room selection. This keeps the atmosphere energising yet personal, with plenty of space and attention for everyone.

Your stay includes daily training sessions, educational workshops, all meals and snacks, access to wellness activities (sauna, nature) and 2 nights of accommodation. Everything you need is taken care of from arrival to departure.

Travel to the retreat, personal extras and anything outside the core program are not included. Travel insurance isn’t mandatory but is recommended. You’ll receive a packing list in advance to help you prepare.

Life happens, and we totally understand. Cancellation fees apply depending on how close it is to the retreat (see our Terms & Conditions). You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to a friend for free up to 7 days before the retreat.
