Why I Started Elevate
Elevate didn’t appear overnight. It grew from something I’d been looking for myself: a retreat that combined movement, nature and connection and was realistic to join from Berlin.
As a mom, and simply as someone with a full life, long trips weren’t always practical - and I wanted something I could return to regularly for movement, connection and a change of pace.
Most retreats I found focused mainly on yoga or offered only one type of practice, and I was looking for something with more variety - movement, strength, mindfulness and connection combined. I wished for a weekend that felt energising and grounding - close enough to join without overthinking, simple to fit into real life and meaningful without needing a big escape.
I wanted something you could join more than once a year, with different themes and focus areas so each weekend gives you something slightly different - more space to recharge, more reflection, or simply a mix of movement, nature and good people.
That’s what Elevate became: a space to breathe, move, connect and reset within reach of Berlin - without needing to leave your whole life behind to feel restored.
What I Care About
I co-create and organise each retreat together with coaches who bring their own expertise and personality. They host the weekends, and each theme is shaped around what they’re best at, what they love and what they genuinely want to share.
Elevate is still in its early stages, and each retreat teaches us something new. We’re learning and refining together - with the coaches and with everyone who joins.
A big part of Elevate is making it easier for coaches to host retreats without all the logistical hassle - so they can focus on what they do best: coaching, inspiring and creating meaningful moments.
For participants, my intention is simple: to create weekends that feel grounding, energising, human - and genuinely supportive.
Our Pillars
Move
Strength, HIIT, mobility and slower practices that help you feel strong, awake and connected to your body.
Connect
Retreats close to Berlin mean you can join once or several times a year. Different people, different coaches, different weekends - but always a warm, open atmosphere where community forms naturally.
Recharge
Space to slow down. Nature, sauna, lake dips, slow mornings and breathing room. Just enough distance to reset - without disappearing for a full week.
Grow
I didn’t just want rest - I wanted small moments of growth too. A new insight, a shift in perspective, or something meaningful to take back into daily life.
Why This Matters
To me, retreats should be supportive and doable - a place where you can move, meet new people, get inspired, spend time in nature, step out of daily life for a moment, or discover something new about yourself. Different weekends offer different things, and that’s the beauty of it.
A longer trip can be great, but these weekends can also be something we weave into regular life - small moments that make a difference. Sometimes a simple weekend with movement, nature and good people is all you need.
I hope to see you on a retreat soon.
