Ainoa has spent the past decade coaching women through every phase - first pull-ups, pregnancy, burnout and rebuilding. She’s known for making training feel clear, supportive and confidence-building rather than confusing or intimidating.
Grounded in research and female physiology, her approach helps women train in a way that supports their energy, hormones and real life. Her sessions are thoughtful, empowering and designed to help you understand your body - and feel strong in every season.

Location & Getting There
The retreat takes place at Haven Havelland, a cozy retreat guesthouse created for mindfulness, rest and connection. Expect a calm setting in a small village, with cosy rooms, a bright movement space and a private garden for unwinding between sessions. You’ll have access to a relaxing sauna and an easy walk to the river for refreshing dips. Shared meals, outdoor corners to pause and inviting communal areas create the perfect environment to slow down, connect and recharge.
For directions, view the retreat location on Google Maps. It’s an easy trip from Berlin - around 90 minutes by car - with train and taxi connections available too. We’ll share full travel info and help coordinate rides closer to the date.

All prices below are all-inclusive for the full retreat experience (accommodation, meals, all sessions, and activities included).
Early Bird pricing: Save €50 for the first 10 spots. After that, standard pricing will apply.

We normally encourage women to build strength with heavier lifts - but on the retreat we shift to bodyweight and resistance bands. This allows us to focus on form, stability, and strength patterns you can take back into your workouts afterwards.

Not at all. All sessions are designed for real women’s bodies and real life - whether you’re returning to movement, already active, or anywhere in between. Everything is scalable, with variations for every level.

Absolutely. Many participants join solo, and the retreat is intentionally designed to create connection and a supportive group dynamic.

If the stories and experiences we talk about here: strength, confidence, hormones, body image, and the expectations placed on women, feel familiar to you, and you identify as a woman, this retreat is for you.
A space to feel safe, understood, and supported.

Yes - absolutely! Pregnant and postpartum women are very welcome, and Ainoa is experienced in adapting exercises safely for all stages (and has been through it herself). All sessions can be modified so you can move in a way that feels good for your body.
If you’re pregnant, we just ask that you have your doctor’s approval beforehand.

The venue for this retreat accommodates a maximum of 16 participants, which creates a cosy, personal atmosphere and ensures everyone gets plenty of space and attention from the coach.

Your stay includes daily training sessions, educational workshops, all meals by our private chef, access to wellness activities (sauna, nature, journaling) and 3 nights of accommodation. Everything you need is taken care of from arrival to departure.

Travel to the retreat, personal extras and anything outside the core program are not included. Travel insurance isn’t mandatory but is recommended. You’ll receive a packing list in advance to help you prepare.

Life happens, and we totally understand. Cancellation fees apply depending on how close it is to the retreat (see our Terms & Conditions). You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to a friend for free up to 7 days before the retreat.
We recommend taking out travel insurance just in case.
